Once you become a member, you will have access to the member portal. In the member portal, you will be able to submit your requests.
Your deliverables will be uploaded to your member portal once completed.
You can submit up to 3 emails per request.
Our One-Week Sprint (OWS) option will suit your needs if you regularly require more than 3 emails per request.
With OWS, usually, 7 emails will be completed per sprint. You will still receive deliverables every two business days.
We do not do one-off projects because one-off email campaigns are not going to produce results. Email marketing is about building a relationship with our customers.
If you have one campaign for now, you can pause your membership and resume once you have another request.
Revisions are handled just like any other request. If you are not happy with your deliverables for any reason, resubmit your request with all feedback and we will make updates until you are happy with your deliverables.
